the hotel is clean and reasonably large with very-very nice and welcoming staff and a good pool. overall the room is airy, modest and includes a little refrigerator, a coffeemaker, and a safe. the location is wonderful - very close to a motorway. plus, the venue is located not very far from a vibrant museum.

Perfect and magnificent position in the entertainment area, just next door to restaurants and activities, waterfront of the sea, and the National Seashore. Also, easy to get to Commercial Street.

We liked very much the location and that the breakfast was included in the price.
The guy at the front desk looked upset when we checked in because, although we specified we needed a pet-friendly room, he didn't know about it and they didn't have any. He gave us a regular room and everything was solved but he made us feel a little bit uncomfortable.

The staff helped us feel at home . It felt nice to relax in the area with my partner, especially after selling our house quickly.
Some aspects of the facilities needed maintenance. The hallways could use an update, and there was a noticeable smell throughout.

The whole experience loved the idea of the firepit outside and the film shows twice a week pity we were there only 2 nights, but a lovely place to finish off our 2 weeks New England vacation
It wasnt far from the centre of Provincetoen but maybe for those with walking dificulties it could be.

We spent our days at the nearby beach and enjoyed the cabana bar by the pool. Don't miss the Bonfire Nights. We had a blast roasting s'mores. Just a heads up, the shuttle service can be hit or miss, so plan accordingly. It was a great trip, and I'd definitely return!

Although the room I requested was pet friendly , it could have been cleaner. I have stayed in other pet friendly hotels and they are cleaned accordingly.

Friendly and very helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms with a beautiful view of the bay and an excellent breakfast.
If anything, the location. But the the hotel provided bikes for an enjoyable trip into town. The walk was also good.
